Yeah! I forgot the thing I wanted to write in the journal!
This morning a man came to messure our balcony. He explained that there were two options we could choose from, and he explained a little. They both sounded reasonable. Option 1 is expensive but better, option 2 is common use. Mum gave up instantly and asked the man to do the choice. (He seemed a nice man though.) But I think a better way is trying to understand more both methods and our requirements and make the decision by ourselves, asking the man only technical questions.
I can see why Mum gave up understanding the man. And I sometimes do so too. I will try not to let that happen.
